Cranberries

Olive Oil

Olive oil contributes to the health of the heart in several ways. It contains monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are very useful for the organism. It prevents the cholesterol accumulates in the blood and helps to lower high blood pressure.

Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds are rich in vitamin E, which reduces inflammation and sustains the strength of arteries. They are also very rich in fiber, protein and magnesium.

Broccoli
