Chronic inflammation is responsible for a variety of conditions, from allergies to acne, digestive problems, nervous system disorders, autoimmune diseases and joint pains. You can fight against chronic inflammation in the body using some foods for which studies have shown to have potent anti-inflammatory activity.

 

Raisins
Extremely convenient and affordable, raisins are an excellent source of antioxidants. They are the perfect choice for snacking. They contain few calories and lots of nutrients. Raisins contain compounds that can reduce chronic inflammation in the body.

Soya
Beans are generally excellent for fighting inflammation because they contain phytonutrients. Soy is known for being able to reduce the level of C-reactive protein in the body, which is an indication of the presence of inflammation. High levels of C-reactive protein in the body is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease.

Salmon
Salmon is perhaps a little less convenient and accessible, but sometimes you need to consume it because it’s an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. Kale
Kale stimulates the excretion of toxins and wastes from the body. It stimulates the liver and digestive system. Other foods that have similar properties are broccoli, Brussel sprouts and spinach. Do not over heat-process kale in order not to lose its nutritional properties.
