Walking – Walking is both easy and extremely effective as it improves blood flow throughout the body, and tightens and relaxes leg muscles. Take short walks, a few times a week, slowly taking longer and more frequent walks as you build endurance.
Feet rotation – While sitting in a chair, rotate your foot clockwise 10 times.

Stretching – Just like cats stretch after a nap, you should stretch when you first wake up in the morning to. It takes only a few minutes and your muscles will thank you.

Cycling – If you want to improve blood flow in the lower part of your body, this is a great exercise for you.
Joint exercise – Start off with your feet flat on the ground. Stand on your toes and life your heels for a couple of seconds, then tight your calf muscles. Repeat 10 times.
