Wand to reduce overweight does not exist. But with plenty of physical activity, more walking and a healthy diet you can quickly regulate your weight.

What can help and speed up the weight loss is the syrup that you can make your own from natural ingredients you might already have in your kitchen.

You will need the following ingredients:
– 130 g fresh horseradish
– 3 organic lemons
– 4 tablespoons honey
– 2 tsp ground cinnamon
– 2 cm fresh ginger root

Preparation:
– First clean (peel) ren and ginger and grate or crush in food processor or blender.
– Add the lemon, but if you do not use organic squeeze juice only.
– Then add the cinnamon and honey.
– All mix well and pour into a clean jar, close and leave in the fridge.
– Take one spoon in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening for three weeks.
