Golden Milk Recipe
- To begin we will prepare a paste of turmeric in this way:
- 40 grams of turmeric powder
- 100-150 ml of water
Pour turmeric powder in water, stir and bring to a boil. Cook for about 8 minutes, until the contents have solidified. Stir continuously. If the mixture is too dense, add a little water. The mixture should resemble a thick yogurt.
During this time, prepare the milk.
- 250ml milk
- 2 tablespoons (40 ml) of the crude (unrefined), almond oil (optional)
- honey according to taste
Boil the milk and add almond oil (if desired).
Remove from heat and pour into a cup. Add 1 tablespoon of the prepared paste of turmeric.
Sweeten with honey to your taste.
Paste of turmeric can be prepared in large quantities and for a longer period. In the frozen state preserves its properties for 40 days. Paste is stored in a refrigerator.
In the hot milk (tea) add 1 teaspoon the finished pasta, along with honey and vegetable oil (if desired).
