For the following recipe you need a few ingredients and a blender. You can do it anytime and pleasantly surprised your family and your friends.

It is very simple,easy and also very healthy and delicious spaghetti recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 avocado
  • 200 gr spinach
  • 100 gr walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup of water in which you will boil pasta
  • A few chopped basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper as needed
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Put the pasta in a water and let it to boil. While it is boiling put all the ingredients in a blender except the parmesan cheese. Blend it until all the ingredients are united in a beautiful creamy mixture. Then start adding of the boiling water into the mixture until your desired density. When the pasta is boiled, drain it and mix it with the sauce. Top it with the parmesan cheese. Enjoy.
