There will be:
- – 100 grams of raisins
- – 150 grams of walnut kernels
- – 100 g almonds
- – Rind of two lemons
- – 100 g dried apricots
- – 100 grams of prunes
- – 250-300 grams of honey
- – If you have a chance – it is very good add 100 gr pine-nuts pine (excellent for strengthening the immune system)
* Grind on the meat grinder: raisins, walnuts, almonds, pine nuts and lemon rind.
* To the mixture, add the juice of two lemons, whose crust grind previously. Stir.
* Next, add the minced prunes and dried apricots. Stir.
* Finally, add honey and stir again.
Let stand in a dark place 1-2 days.
For children older than 3 years – 1 teaspoon twice a day.
For adults: 1-2 tablespoons three times a day.

Another recipe for strengthening immunity for adults.
- 200 g dried apricots
- 200 grams of prunes
- 200 g dried figs
- 200 g of walnuts
- 1 lemon
- 50 ml brandy
- 250 g of honey
* On the meat grinder grind dried fruit and citrus together with bark.
* To the mixture, add honey and brandy and stir.
Keep the jar in the fridge. Take 1 tablespoon at a meal.
