Back fat looks very nasty and annoying besides belly fat. It can extensively reduce your self-confidence. People are worried as they think that it is impossible to lose fat.

First Month

Week 1

Usually people are impatient and they want to see immediate results. But, you should have patience. If you follow the below stated exercises, you will get extreme results. But, keep in mind that you will get the desired results after few days.

Beginner’s level

Perform every round for 1 minute with 45 seconds rest between rounds.

Day 4: Rest day or Yoga

The fourth ay should be the rest day. However, you can do some yoga in order to get relief from stress and tension.

Day 5: Seal Jumping Jacks (Beginner’s Level – 4 Rounds)

Day 6: Bent-Over Dumbbell Rows with a Twist

Day 7: REST
