A detox can completely refresh you and get your body running perfectly. It is recommended that once a while a detox is done. But we assume that detox is often expensive at spas. But here is a detox diet that can be done at home and the ingredients are easily available.  This detox diet is also rich in nutrients and would also help you lose those extra few pounds.

Day 1:

Begin the day with a detox tea. The ingredients in the tea are:

  • Green tea
  • One Slice of Lemon
  • One teaspoon of Stevia

Breakfast Drink:

  • Water – One Cup
  • Raspberries – One Cup
  • Banana – One
  • Flaxseed – One tablespoon
  • Spinach – One fourth of a cup
  • Lemon Juice – 2 Teaspoons
  • Almond Butter – One tablespoon

Also consume a probiotic supplement and a multivitamin.

For lunch consume the drink and have half a multivitamin and omega 3 supplment.

Then finish the day with a detox ultra-bath. Just add two and half cups of Epsom Salt and ten drops of lavender oil to the bath.

Day 2:

You can have the same detox drink as done in the previous day.

Consume the breakfast drink and follow it up with half a multivitamin and probiotic supplement.

Lunch Drink:

  • Kale Leaves – One fourth of a cup
  • Cucumber – One
  • Celery – Four Stalks
  • Green Apple – Half
  • Mine – Half
  • Coconut Oil – One tablespoon
  • Pineapple – One cup
  • Almond Milk – Half a Cup

After the drink have half a multivitamin and omega-3 supplement.

Again end the day with a detox ultra-bath.

Day – 3:

The detox tea should be consumed in the morning.

Again follow the recipe for the breakfast drink with half a multivitamin and probiotic supplement.

Follow the recipe for the Lunch drink as well.

Dinner Drink:

  • Blueberries – One cup
  • Kale – One cup
  • Coconut Water – One and half cup
  • Mango – Half
  • Cayenne Pepper – One fourth a teaspoon
  • Flax Seed – One teaspoon

Now finish the 3 day diet with a detox ultra-bath.

Follow this detox diet for 3 days and you will notice the difference in your body.
