Do you want to lose 33 pounds in 15 days for real? If yes, then follow this 15-day diet. Make sure to eat what is mentioned for each day.

Your breakfast will remain the same across all 15 days. It will be one fruit from pear, orange, melon, peach or watermelon. But don’t take any grapes or bananas.

1st Day

Lunch:

  • Orange – 1
  • Yogurt – 1 cup (200 ml)
  • Boiled egg – 1

Dinner:

  • Tomatoes (or cooked tomatoes) – 2
  • Eggs (boiled) – 2
  • Rusk – 2 pieces
  • Lettuce -1 / Cucumber – half

2nd Day

Lunch:

  • Orange – 1
  • Yogurt – 1 cup (200 ml)
  • Boiled egg – 1

Dinner:

  • Tomato – 1
  • Orange – 1
  • Boiled Beef – 125g
  • Rusk – 1 piece
  • Coffee/tea (no sugar) – 1 cup

3rd Day

Lunch:

  • Orange – 1
  • Yogurt – 1 cup (200 ml)
  • Boiled egg – 1
  • Lettuce / cucumber – 1

Dinner:

  • Boiled Beef – 125g
  • Rusk – 1
  • Orange – 1
  • Tea/coffee – 1 cup

4th Day

Lunch:

  • Cheese (cow milk) – 125g
  • Tomato – 1
  • Rusk – 1

Dinner:

  • Boiled beef – 125g
  • Tomatoes – 2
  • Rusk – 1
  • Apple – 1

5th Day

Lunch:

  • Boiled meat/fish – 200g
  • Rusk – 1
  • Tomato – 1

Dinner:

Boiled Veggies (potato, peas, carrot) – half kg

Make sure to follow these points:

  • The veggies and meat are cooked without or with just 1 pinch of salt.
  • Avoid any alcohol during the 15 days.
  • Take a break from this diet plan on 6th and 7th day. Repeat the same plan from 8th to 15th day in same order.
  • You will lose between 5 and 10 lbs after 5 days.
  • After the break, repeat the same plan for the rest of the days. You will lose around 30 lbs and will not have any health effects.
  • After you complete the diet plan, you can switch to your regular diet daily (except on Mondays). Don’t worry about putting on the pounds again.

Your diet for Mondays should be as following:

  • Breakfast – Lemon juice (1 cup) without sugar
  • Lunch – 1 rusk and apple
  • Dinner – 1 rusk, tomato and boiled egg

You may take all these foods hot/cold as per your preference. But make sure to eat them in the same order. If there is any change in order, or if you switch one food with another, don’t expect to get the desired results.
