Diet with cucumber is ideal for those who hate to think too much what to eat while on a diet because the diet plan is extremely simple!

Diet contains only a few foods that are consumed, and the diet itself is conducted ten days, but there is also an extended version of 14 days which are recorded really great results: a loss of as much as 7 kilos.

The basis of the diet makes cucumber salad that can be eaten in unlimited quantities every time you feel hungry. Lettuce is rich in nutritive and not have to worry that they will have something in short supply in the course of the ten-day regime.

Other foods that are eaten during the day are:

– 2 boiled eggs or 150 grams of drained tuna oil, or 150 grams of grilled white meat;

– 2 large boiled potatoes (can be cooked, mate, bake in the oven but not fried in oil) or 3 slices of whole wheat bread;

– 500 grams of fresh locally grown fruits.

You can drink plain water, tea, and is allowed even the coffee (no sugar). It is strictly forbidden to take soft drinks, alcohol and sweets.

With each meal and between meals – can eat unlimited amounts of cucumber, so whenever you attack hunger – free to invade the cucumbers.

Example menu:

Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs + bowl of salad of cucumber;

Snack: Fruit

Lunch: Toasted integral bread + salad bowl of cucumber;

Snack: cucumbers

Dinner: fruit of your choice (up to 300 gr)

If you get peckish in the evening, eat a cucumber, you can take more pieces and go to sleep.
The longer you sit up late at night, you will have a greater need for food, therefore, go to bed earlier.
