How to Make Pomegranate Gelatin

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 pomegrante (peeled)
  • 5 tbsp of powdered gelatin
  • 2 tbps of organic honey

Directions:

  • Take a pan, pour the water and boil it.
  • Then add the pomegranate
  • Cover it with lid and let it cook for 25 minutes. Water should become red.
  • After water turns red, remove from the heat and mix it.
  • Put the liquid again in the pan and add the gelatin and whisk until it dissolves.
