Varicose veins are typically genetic. If your mother has them, you probably will too. Tough luck, right? Appearing in the late twenties, varicose veins when left untreated will worsen as time goes by. Men do develop them as well, just not as often.

There are a variety of factors that play into the way varicose veins look like:

  • Genetics
  • Age
  • Hormonal changes
  • Lack of exercise
  • Circulation issues

Luckily for us women and men, there is a natural way to combat the problems that accompany varicose veins. A simple mixture of carrots, Aloe Vera, and ACV will work miracles on you. Below is a list of what you’ll need and how to prepare this easy treatment.
Ingredients

  • 1/2cup of carrot, finely chopped
  • ½ cup aloe Vera pulp
  • ACV

How to Make

Add Aloe Vera and carrots into blender, and blend together until creamy and smooth. Add in ACV a little at a time until the texture is smooth and creamy. Place the treatment in a small, closeable container for ease of use.

How to Apply

Spread the mixture gently over the affected area. Elevate your feet and wait 30 minutes. Rinse solution with cold water once finished and repeat until you feel better. You will notice improvements almost immediately and as you continue to use this treatment, you will see drastic improvements.

Give Yourself a Massage

Never massage directly onto areas with varicose veins. However, you can massage your feet and legs. Use an essential oil, like cypress essential oil as it is excellent for improving circulation, and it reduces fluid retention. Massage your feet, moving up to your hips, using your palms. Do not use too much pressure and, for best results, elevate your feet at a 45 degree angle while your massage them.

Hopefully, you find these tips helpful in your journey to alleviate the discomfort that comes with varicose veins. Good luck!
