There are several versions of the popular diet with boiled eggs. Here we have chosen the lightest one for you based on lower input of carbohydrates.

To avoid monotony, which is a common reason for diet failure, you can include some ingredients plus on the menu. In fact, the recommended ingredients are eggs, chicken, turkey, fish, fruits, vegetables, low-carbohydrates, herbal teas without sugar and water.

With this diet the input of carbohydrates is significantly lowered and the bread, pasta and potatoes are strictly prohibited.

In three months compliance to this regime, you can lose to 30 kg.

One of the most famous promoter of this diet is the Hollywood actor Adrian Brody, who has lost 15 kg in the preparations for his role in The Pianist.

His version of the diet was the following: he ate eggs for breakfast, small piece of grilled chicken for lunch and a piece of fish with steamed vegetables for dinner.

Example dietary plan:

Breakfast:

2 boiled eggs and half a grapefruit

Lunch:

Roast chicken without skin and lettuce

Dinner:

2 egg omelet with spinach and tomatoes

And of course you need a lot of exercise, because there is no miracle that will happen without exercising!
