The autumn is close as with it the start of the first colds and viruses, which most common companion is the increase body temperature. It’s good that you don’t have to throw away your money on pills, but you can beat the fever thanks to the things that you have in your pantry.

Herbal tea and mixtures

Mix one spoon of linden flowers with and one spoon of raspberry fruits, with 2 small cups of boiling water. Let the tea cool down for 15-20 min. and then drink it warm before going to bed.

Mix one spoon of linden flowers with one spoon of chamomile. Pour two cups of boiling water over it and let it stay for 10 minutes. After it cools down, drink half a cup three times a day.

Make a mixture of 40% of raspberry leaves, 40% of wild strawberry leaves, 20% of mountain tea. Two spoons of this mixture cover with two cups of boiling water. Let it stay for 20 minutes cover with lid. When the mixture cools down a bit, drink it while warm, before going to bed.

Apple vinegar

In case that your body temperature is higher than 38ºC, it’s recommended to rub your body with apple vinegar. Pay attention to your armpit, face and belly. Rob them with viegar 10-15 minutes.
