Stress can be such a difficult thing to deal with. But the unfortunate part is that everybody has to deal with stress in some form or the other every day. While there are some well documented ways to beat stress, Yoga has been found to be one of the simplest and most effective ways to deal with stress.

The exercise is termed Sudharshan Kriya. The exercise is a collection of breathing techniques and is easy to learn as well. The best part is that it only takes five minutes to perform this.
How to perform this exercise?
- Use your thumb to press the right nostril and close it tight.
- Use the left nostril to inhale deeply and hold. Then exhale after a few seconds.
- Now close the left nostril using the index finger and repeat the breathing procedure.
- Keep repeating this procedure for five minutes
