Calming down your nerves or treating osteoporosis is very much dependent on taking enough calcium. High levels of calcium is surprisingly found in eggshells which also contain chromium, phosphorous, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, molybdenum and chromium.

Consumption of calcium will regulate the heart beat, prevent blood clotting and help you sleep better. It will also accentuate the importance of calcium and manage the density and structure of your bones. The needed dosage that you have will take about 1.5 to around 3 grams of eggshell grounded.

Recipes for different health conditions

  1. Cleans the blood and strengthens your body

Take a few rinsed eggs and grind the eggshells. Place in water. Store inside the fridge for seven days. Take three glasses a day with a bit of lemon juice.

  1. For thyroid

For thyroid you can take 8 eggs and rinse them. Juice at least two lemons and mix those egg shells along with the juice. Store for a few days! When everything has been dissolved, strain the liquid and add some brandy with a kg of honey. Let the drink sit for a week. Take a spoon of this at least 2-4 times per day. Drink after meals too.

  1. For gastric ulcer

Take a spoon of eggshells, one spoon of sugar and another spoon of nutmeg. Combine them all with one spoon at least three times a day. Proceed for the upcoming twenty days. Your dose must be mixed with two spoons of lemon juice and a pinch of eggshells properly grinded. Once it melts, add one dl of milk. Drink twice a day first thing in the morning.
