  • 8 ½ cups filtered water
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger or 1 teaspoon ginger root powder (organic)
  • 1 thinly sliced, medium-sized cucumber
  • 1 thinly sliced, medium-sized lemon

 

Preparation and Instructions:

Add all the ingredients plus the water together in a bowl and keep overnight. In the morning, take out all the ingredients from the bowl, then pour the liquid mixture from the bowl into a glass. Drink the beverage within one day. If you can’t finish it in one day you can store the remainder in a refrigerator but make sure you consume within 2 days.
