Are you considering a light dessert that is easy to prepare, and that is so delicious that you’ll be proud of yourself that you have prepared?

Then the Japanese souffle cheesecake is real thing for you.
In addition it is quite easily to cook, you will need only three ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen.

To prepare these irresistible treats you will need about an hour.

– 3 eggs
– 120 g white chocolate(you can also use dark chocolate as healthier alternative)
– 120g unsalted cream cheese(room temperature)

First, separate the yolks from the whites. Put egg whites in the fridge and heat the oven to 170 degrees to heat. Broke white chocolate and melt on the steam. After a little cooling, mix with cream cheese that has been at room temperature. Add the egg yolks and mix all together with a spatula. Remove the egg whites from the fridge and whisk them well so that you get a solid snow.

Then mix snow egg and filling of cream cheese and chocolate with a plastic spatula (see video tutorial).

Pour the resulting mixture in greased baking pan with diameter 15 cm, lift it and drop roughly several times to drain all the air, but be careful that the cake during baking don’t break.

Place the pan in a larger pan which you filled with hot water. Bake for exactly 15 minutes at 170 degrees, then 15 minutes at 160 degrees, then turn off the oven and leave the cake to rest for another 15 minutes.
Remove, let it cool completely, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
