Eat cereal with milk products, to reduce the impact of sugar on the health of your teeth. Calcium and vitamin D in dairy products provide useful minerals that help to strengthen teeth.
2) HOT DRINKS
Coffee and tea are bad for your teeth, if consumed in large quantities can appear stains and that your teeth turn yellow.
Regular consumption of these drinks can lead to bad breath, which also leads to dehydration of the lips.
It is best to rinse your mouth with water and thus reduce the possibility of dehydration mouth.
