What are needed?
- Pineapple chunks – 2 cups
- Cinnamon – 7g
- Instant Oatmeal – 1 Cup
- Almonds, crushed – 40 g
- Honey – 40 g
- Freshly squeezed orange juice – 1 cup
- 250 ml water
How to make?
- Cook the oatmeal.
- Add the fresh orange juice and stir for a while
- Now add cinnamon, almonds and pineapples into a cup
- Blend this mixture till it becomes smooth and homogeneous
- Now add the oatmeal into the blend till it becomes smooth.
The smoothie is rich in Vitamin C and minerals like bromelain, silicon and magnesium.
