INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of 100% natural orange juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup of water
  • One teaspoon cinnamon
  • Two cups of diced pineapple
  • Pure honey
  • ½ cup of crushed almonds

 

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Place the oatmeal in a pot of water. Let it cook for some minutes.

Turn off the heat once the oatmeal has cooked, then let it cool.

Pour the cooked oatmeal in a blender. Add the Orange juice, Pineapple, Cinnamon, Almond plus some honey to taste.

Liquefy the mixture. Add some more water to it until you get a consistency that suits you.
