3 Ways to Take Care of Yourself after a Long Illness

Recovering a long illness gives you a real sense of accomplishment, and you’ll no doubt be excited to get back to your life again. However, the effects of a long illness can stay with you for a long time, meaning you may need time to fully recover and get back on your feet. Here’s how you can ease back into your normal life after being ill.

  1. Work out what you can manage
